Lauriston Girls' School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Enrolments - a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the School's growth, community and family experience.

About the role

  • Full-time, ongoing
  • Commencing July 2026 (or as negotiated)

Reporting to the Head of Community Relations and Experience, the Head of Enrolments leads the end-to-end enrolment journey, from first enquiry through to confirmed enrolment and transition into the School. You will shape and deliver Lauriston's enrolment strategy, drive pipeline growth and conversion, and ensure every prospective family experiences the warmth, professionalism and care that defines the Lauriston community.

The Head of Enrolments plays a direct and meaningful role in ensuring Lauriston remains a thriving school for generations to come. A strong enrolment pipeline underpins the School's ability to invest in its people, programs and future, making this role a significant position within the School.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will work closely with Marketing, School Executive, the Director of Blairholme ELC, and Junior and Senior School leaders, while also leading and developing the Enrolments Coordinator.

Capabilities and Experience:

  • A genuine alignment with Lauriston's values and a commitment to the wellbeing and education of young people
  • Experience in enrolments, enrolment management, customer experience or relationship management, ideally within an independent school or high-quality service environment
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into clear decisions and actions
  • Confidence with CRM and enrolments platforms; familiarity with Digistorm (Funnel) and Synergetic is highly regarded
  • Experience managing international student enrolments and associated compliance frameworks (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and warmth to represent Lauriston publicly
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
