Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Head of Learning in Residence (Operations) in the Boarding House at our Glen Waverley campus. The appointment will commence at the beginning of the 2027 school year for an initial three-year term, with the possibility of extension.
Teaching qualifications are preferred for the role with candidates holding a current VIT registration. For teaching staff in the role, a teaching load of 0.4FTE would accompany the position.
Learning in Residence is a contemporary and innovative boarding program for students in Years 7 to 12.

This leadership role requires flexibility to work across a seven-day roster and participate in an on-call roster to support the ongoing operation of Learning in Residence.
