Position Information
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Humanities Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school during Semester 1, 2027 (22 January to mid-June 2027). While this position is ideally full-time, flexibility may exist for a part-time arrangement for an appropriately experienced candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through a diverse Humanities teaching load across both middle and senior year levels (Years 7-10). As the successful candidate will also teach a Year 12 VCE History: Revolutions class, focusing on the French and Russian Revolutions, demonstrated experience and success teaching this VCE subject is essential.
The successful candidate will inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and thoughtful discussion, fostering students' understanding of historical events, and their relevance in the contemporary world.
