We are seeking a highly organised and confident College Administration Assistant to join our team. This key role provides high level administrative support to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the College and delivers excellent customer service to staff, students, parents and visitors.
This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role working Monday to Friday, fixed term for six months from commencement.

The College Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support. The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Having school experience and knowledge of school systems such as Synergetic and School Box will be an advantage.
