Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a part-time (FTE 0.8) Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team from January 2027.  As one of the first points of contact for prospective families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional enrolment experience, guiding families through each stage of the admissions process with warmth, care and attention to detail. As the College continues to grow, this role is expected to develop into a full-time position over time.

Working closely with the Admissions Registrar, you will coordinate enrolment enquiries, process applications, maintain accurate student records, support enrolment interviews and College events. This position would suit someone who enjoys building positive relationships while managing detailed administrative processes in a busy and dynamic environment, and who takes pride in helping families feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their enrolment journey.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Have experience in admissions, administration, customer service, or a similar role
• Have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Thrive in a busy and dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Are confident learning and using administrative systems, databases, and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Can communicate with warmth, professionalism and discretion, including when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Can follow established policies and procedures consistently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Are able to represent the College professionally when welcoming prospective families and conducting campus tours.
• Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
• Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
