Korowa Anglican Girls' School is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing, branding and communications strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice of one of Melbourne's leading independent girls' schools — a role that is both strategic and hands-on, with real scope to make an impact.
Reporting to the Director of Development and Community Relations, you'll lead the development and delivery of Korowa's Marketing and Communications Plan and oversee all aspects of the School's brand, content, digital presence and publications. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to create outstanding content.
Lead Korowa's brand development, positioning and visual identity across all platforms
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to support enrolment growth and community engagement
Manage all school-wide communications including the bi-annual Korovian magazine, weekly newsletters, yearbook and prospectus
Oversee digital marketing including the website, social media channels, email communications and performance reporting
Partner with enrolments, alumni, events and foundation teams to support key school objectives
Lead, coach and manage two direct reports and external agencies and suppliers
Promote and capture key school events including Open Mornings, community celebrations and information sessions
Maintain the School's Communication Style Guide and champion consistent, high-quality storytelling across the community
Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role, ideally within education, professional services or a values-based organisation
Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent hands-on content creation and copywriting skills
Experience managing digital platforms, campaigns and analytics
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a sharp editorial eye
Experience managing publications, design projects and external suppliers
A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach
