An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head of Learning - Science to join St Leonard’s College from Term 1, 2027.
As a member of the Academic Directorate, the Head of Learning - Science will lead the Science faculty with vision and a commitment to continuous improvement, working closely with the Deputy Head of Learning - Science, and other key staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality Science program across the College.
This pivotal leadership role provides the chance to shape the learning journey of students from Years 5-12, inspiring each learner to achieve their potential in a progressive and engaging environment. Strong pedagogical expertise, leadership capability, and exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
This is a permanent, full-time teaching position, with the Head of Learning - Science role offered with a 3-year tenure, as a position of responsibility. The Head of Learning - Science role includes a time allocation and a monetary allowance, and an appropriate teaching subject allocation will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
