We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Data Analyst and Market Insights Manager to provide strategic analysis, market intelligence and fundraising insights that support enrolment growth, community engagement and philanthropic success across the College. This is a full-time, ongoing position.

This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to influence key strategic decisions through the delivery of meaningful data, evidence-based recommendations and sophisticated reporting that informs future growth and strengthens stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director Community Engagement, you will work closely with leaders across Admissions, Marketing, Foundation, Finance and Campus Leadership to transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence.

You will be responsible for developing executive reporting dashboards, analysing enrolment and market trends, monitoring fundraising performance, and providing strategic insights that support the College's priorities.

This role suits a highly analytical professional who enjoys uncovering opportunities, challenging assumptions and helping leaders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business intelligence reporting.
• Analyse enrolment, retention, demographic, marketing and financial data.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Monitor and forecast enrolment demand across the College.
• Deliver strategic reporting and insights to inform senior leadership.
• Lead fundraising and donor analytics, including campaign performance, donor engagement and philanthropic growth measures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, enrolment and fundraising initiatives.
• Support data governance, data quality and reporting standards across the College.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of evidence-based decision making.

About You

You will bring:

• A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence or market insights.
• Advanced skills in Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong experience working with complex datasets and CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills.
• Experience translating data into clear, compelling recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience within education, fundraising, advancement or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded.
• A current WWCC and National Police Check, or willing to obtain one is required.
