Year 9 English and Experiential Learning Teacher

Beaconhills College is an open-entry, co-educational College offering outstanding holistic education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12. The College currently has over 3000 students across two campuses in Pakenham and Berwick, which are organised into sub-schools; Early Learning, Junior, Middle, Year 9 and Senior Schools.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate English Teacher to join our Pakenham Campus for a fixed-term contract commencing 21 January 2027. The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated educators committed to delivering engaging learning experiences, fostering student growth, and supporting the College's innovative Experiential Learning Program and Six Pillars initiatives.

• Full-time 6-month fixed-term contract commencing 21 January 2027 (Term 1, 2027) and concluding at the end of Term 2, 2027
• Position based at our Pakenham Campus
• Teaching load includes two Year 9 English classes, with responsibilities across the College's Experiential Learning Program and Six Pillars initiatives, and the potential to teach Humanities
• Join a supportive and collaborative teaching team
• Current VIT registration is required
• Tertiary qualifications in Education are required
• Graduates are welcome to apply
