Job Description The VPC/VCE Vocational Major Teacher will play a pivotal role in delivering the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VCE Vocational Major (VM) programs to students in Years 11 and 12. This role involves designing and delivering engaging, flexible, and differentiated curriculum in core areas such as literacy, numeracy, personal development, and work-related skills, with a strong focus on real-world application and cultural relevance. The teacher will foster strong, trusting relationships with students, many of whom have experienced disrupted education, trauma, or settlement challenges. They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, while facilitating pathways into further education, training, or employment.
