We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Assistant who is passionate about empowering young people. The Education Support Assistant contributes to the effectiveness of learning by assisting teachers with the day-to-day operation of the classroom. Working under the direction of a teacher and in collaboration with the wellbeing team, th e Education Support Assistant provides support to a small group of students or to individual students, particularly students with learning needs, disabilities, or disorders to overcome educational barriers and strengthen their ability to achieve their learning outcomes. Job description The role:   Our Teachers work as part of a multidisciplinary classroom team. They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program in accordance with the VCAA applied learning curriculum and HOPE. The role:   Our Youth Workers work collaboratively within their classroom team to support student wellbeing and educational outcomes. They maintain a classroom presence and work with students in an individual capacity, including outreach.
