The Role:  The Co-Educator plays an integral role in delivering and enhancing the Early Learning Centre’s high-quality program, working collaboratively under the guidance of the Director and Teacher-in-Charge. This position provides meaningful support to the Teacher-in-Charge, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position (9:00am–5:00pm) through to the end of the 2026 academic year, with an immediate start preferred. Our Early Learning Centre, Little  Beacons, are seeking an enthusiastic Coeducator to join our Berwick Team.  Coeducators are primarily responsible for supporting children in our Seedling Program, aged 6 months to 3 years.  Position details: Permanent part-time (0.453 FTE) Berwick Location Thursday & Friday Shift time 7.45am - 5.06pm $34.59-$39.06 per hour based on experience Applicants must hold a completed (not in‑progress) approved Early Childhood qualification Please note that all employees are required to hold a current employee working with children check, HLTAID012 First Aid & CPR certificates and a national police check (valid within 3 months).
