Northside Christian College is currently seeking a caring and capable Executive Assistant to commence in February 2026.

This is a unique opportunity for a faith driven and highly organised Executive Assistant to support Executives, while working within a community deeply committed to Christian values, academic growth, and student wellbeing at Northside.

About the Position

·         Provide high-level executive support to Executives through well prioritised planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support.

·         Maintenance of the calendar, including appointments and arrangement of meetings for the Executives.

·         Research and/or gather relevant data on specific directed topics to enable the Executives to respond to issues.

·         Attend to daily correspondence, prioritising for the Executives.

·         Other duties deemed appropriate by the Principal to support the efficient functioning of the College.

 

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role (school setting) preferred.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with school administration systems (e.g. SEQTA) is highly desirable

·         A warm, professional, and organised approach

·         A committed Christian with a heart for service

·         Holds or is willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check
