About the Role:

Melbourne Girls Grammar is one of Australia’s leading independent girls’ schools, recognised for our commitment to future focused education, exceptional learning environments and a vibrant, values driven community.

We are seeking an outstanding Executive Director, Marketing and Community Engagement to join our Executive Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the School’s strategic direction, reputation and community presence.

Reporting directly to the Principal, this senior role leads all marketing, communications, enrolments and community engagement functions. The successful candidate will steward the MGGS brand, deliver innovative and integrated marketing strategies, drive enrolment growth and strengthen engagement with current and prospective families, alumnae and the broader community.

The Successful Candidate Will Bring

  • Senior leadership experience in marketing, enrolments or community engagement, ideally within an independent school or complex education environment.
  • Proven success driving enrolment growth and managing a strong, data driven pipeline.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing and strategic communications.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams across multiple functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, creativity and a values driven leadership style.
