We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Administrative Operations and Executive Services to join us in a full-time, ongoing capacity. This is a senior operational role, central to the smooth functioning of the College and pivotal to strengthening how our administrative services support staff, students and families.

About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:
A key early focus will be leading a whole-school Administrative Operating Model Review, identifying opportunities to streamline systems, clarify roles, reduce duplication and embed smarter, more scalable practices — including greater use of Microsoft 365 tools, workflow automation and AI-assisted templates.
You will work closely with the Principal and Executive Team to implement contemporary, efficient administrative systems that enhance service quality and support the College’s strategic priorities.
