The Role:
The Learning Development Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Head of Learning and Talent Development, providing high-level administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department across Years 7–12.
Working closely with students, families, staff, and key stakeholders, the role ensures school policies and procedures are upheld while supporting best-practice approaches.

The Average Day:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Learning and Talent Development, including calendar management, confidential reporting, and communications
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Learning Development team, including managing student files, enquiries, and departmental administration
- Coordinating key processes such as NCCD documentation, standardised testing, Special Provision processes, and PSG meeting administration
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including staff, families, and Technology Services, to support student learning needs and departmental priorities
- Maintaining accurate records, timelines, handbooks, and sensitive data in line with best practice and compliance requirements
- Assisting with department projects, events, and the implementation of new systems and initiatives
The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Experience in a similar administrative role, or recent undergraduate qualifications in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- The ability to manage change and support the implementation of new systems or programs
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
