Admissions Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and detail-oriented professional to join our Admissions team. As a key ambassador of Scotch College, this is an exciting opportunity to manage the “first impression” of our School. Providing exceptional administrative support, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, seamless and high-quality experience for prospective families, translating the School’s mission and values into every interaction.


From initial enquiry through to enrolment, the Admissions Coordinator requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent customer service skills, and an energetic approach to continuous improvement.

Along with a deep commitment to child safety, confidentiality and integrity, the Admissions Coordinator ensures every step of the enrolment journey reflects the School’s world-class educational and co‑curricular programs and its broader community.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in Admissions (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications and/or training in child safety and wellbeing (or willing to obtain)
  • Current WWCC (Employee)
