Wellbeing Coach

Job Description

Full Time, 1 Year Maximum Term Contract  

Commencing Term 3, 2026 

The Role 

Reporting to the Executive Director, Senior Years, the Wellbeing Coach will: 

  • Support students to optimise their academic and co-curricular opportunities 
  • Monitor and track each student’s holistic development and progress 
  • Collaborate with internal and external wellbeing professionals to provide comprehensive care 
  • Facilitate targeted wellbeing sessions for groups and year-level cohorts 
  • Provide ongoing, formative feedback within our integrated wellbeing framework 

 

About You 

  • You are passionate about supporting young people to become independent, resilient learners and bring: 
  • The ability to coach, influence and inspire students 
  • Strong knowledge of best practice for the wellbeing of young people, with a high level of confidentiality 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with students, families and staff 
  • A collaborative mindset, along with initiative, integrity and professionalism 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in counselling, health or wellbeing, or significant experience in pastoral care
