Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination or a human resources role, including end-to-end hiring processes
• Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, talent attraction strategies, and candidate management
• Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage data within HR systems
• Experience preparing job advertisements, position descriptions, and employment documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and compliance requirements
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Candidates must:

• Have a current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificate or be willing to obtain
• Have a willingness to undergo a Police Check
• Have a valid Working with Children Check
