The opportunity
As Lead Teacher – Teaching and Learning, you'll combine classroom teaching with dedicated leadership time to drive excellence in teaching practice and student outcomes. You’ll lead the program design and delivery of VCE-VM and VPC curriculums at our senior campus for students in years 10-12. You'll also support and mentor teachers, lead pedagogical improvement, and help create engaging learning experiences that enable every student to thrive.
As a key member of the Campus Leadership Team, you'll work alongside school leaders to support staff, shape strategic direction and strengthen teaching and learning across the campus. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on both students and educators while contributing to a culture of inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time opportunity commencing in term 3, 2026.
