Christway College Wyndham -  Head of VCE

Ongoing, full-time, with 70-75% (tbc) teaching component , commencing January 2027.

 

Christway College Wyndham (CCW) is a rapidly growing College with big ambitions for each student. CCW provides engaging learning opportunities for a current enrolment of approximately 520 students from Prep through to Year 11, with Year 12 being added in 2027. Position Description

The College is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced person to take on the role of Head of VCE at our Wyndham Campus. The position has the prime responsibility for the implementation and management of the College’s Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE and VCE VM) and the pastoral care of students undertaking Years 10 - 12. Desirable qualities include:

·       A passion for teaching and Christian education

·       Leadership experience and strong organisational skills.

·       Exceptional interpersonal skills and pastoral gifting.

·       Significant experience as a Senior School teacher who models excellence in teaching and a demonstrated knowledge of curriculum, VCAA requirements, VASS and VTAC processes and procedures in both the VCE and VET Programs

·       Committed to the philosophy of life-long learning
