We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Learning Support (P–12) to provide strategic leadership of inclusive learning across the College.
This role will commence in Term 1, 2027.
About the Role
The Head of Learning Support leads the strategic design and delivery of inclusive learning from Prep to Year 12. The role champions equitable access to learning and ensures students requiring additional support, enrichment, or English language acquisition assistance are identified, understood and appropriately supported.
Leading a dedicated Learning Support team, you will work collaboratively with teachers, school leaders, students and families to build an inclusive culture and strengthen the College's capacity to respond effectively to diverse learning needs.

You will also maintain an appropriate face-to-face teaching load, by negotiation, providing opportunities to model inclusive practice and targeted instruction.
About You
You are an experienced and VIT registered educational leader who is passionate about inclusion and committed to ensuring every learner is recognised, understood and empowered.
You will bring:
You will be a collaborative and influential leader who can translate strategy into effective practice and build the capability of teachers to support diverse learners in their classrooms.
Having a postgraduate qualification in Special and Inclusive Education (or equivalent) and a Postgraduate qualification in English as an Additional Language (EAL) and/or Gifted Education will be highly regarded.
