The Role
PLC is excited to invite applications for the full-time, permanent position of People & Culture Officer.

Working onsite at our picturesque campus in Burwood, you will enjoy a location with free onsite parking, close to major arterials and public transport.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Officer provides practical advice and generalist support to College leaders and staff on a range of employee life cycle matters, including policy, Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation. The role will also contribute to the delivery of HR operations, people-related projects and support recruitment as required.
About You
You are a qualified HR generalist with experience in an education or similar community-focused environment.
You bring end-to-end recruitment experience and provide stakeholders with accurate, timely advice across the full employee lifecycle, including interpreting and applying employment legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and organisational policies.
Your proactive and positive approach underpins all that you do, along with strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. You are a savvy administrator, who loves to bring structure, professionalism and efficiency to your work. Others know you as someone who is committed to quality and shows initiative.
