The Role

Commencing in 2027, this full-time, ongoing role will see you join our dynamic and vibrant school community and lead an exciting new chapter in preparing our students for life beyond school.

The Head of Careers and Future Pathways will oversee the development of a new approach to Career and Life Readiness across Years 7–12, bringing together guidance, pathways, networks and real-world experiences. Through this work, you will open up new possibilities for students and help them build the confidence, connections and skills to navigate their future.

About You

You will be an experienced Careers and Pathways professional, appropriately qualified with a postgraduate qualification in Career Development or Careers Counselling.

You will bring strong career development expertise, a strategic and collaborative approach, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn ideas into engaging experiences that make a real difference to students.

You will also have a sound understanding of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) Professional Standards and a commitment to best practice career development.
